Not everyone has a grill available to prepare delicious spare ribs on it and if you are hungry for spare ribs, you can easily prepare them in your home oven. And the preparation is also very simple. So you are hungry for juicy and tender ribs? Then let’s start right away with the preparations and the simple preparation.
But before we start with the preparation, it is recommended to preheat the oven to 150 degrees top/bottom heat. This will save you some time. Once this has been done, you can continue with the actual preparation of the spare ribs. First you have to slice the vegetable onions. Immediately afterwards, you grab the spare ribs and peel off the silver skin on the underside of the ribs. You have to do this, because this way the ribs won’t get toe!
Next, place the sliced onions and spare ribs on a piece of aluminium foil and season them on both sides with a homemade spice mixture.
Mix the following ingredients for the spice mixture. Salt, colored pepper, ground garlic and onion spice. Once you have seasoned the spare ribs, wrap them in aluminium foil. Leave one side open. Because in the next step you fill in about 40 – 50 ml apple juice. After you have added the apple juice, carefully close the aluminium foil.

In the following preparation step the spare ribs are placed on a baking tray. Then patience is required, because the spare ribs have to cook for about 2 1/4 hours in the oven preheated to 150 degrees. When the waiting is over, the spare ribs are removed from the aluminium foil. In the last step you have to brush the top of the spare ribs with a honey mustard marinade. For the marinade, simply mix the mustard with some oil and honey.
When the ribs are brushed in, place the spare ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil. Then put them in the oven for another 15 – 20 minutes. And this on the top shelf. When the 15 – 20 minutes are over, you have already done it and the Tender Ribs from the oven can be served immediately.
