Once all the preparations are done, you just have to put all the other ingredients for this dish at hand and then you can start preparing it.
Preparation of fried rice with shrimps
The first step is to heat some oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot enough, the first step is to fry the shrimp. Once this is done, remove the shrimp from the pan and set them aside until further processing.
Then you sauté the previously chopped ingredients in the pan until hot. Once this is done, you deglaze the sweated ingredients with a little water and the now following ingredients.
4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin paste
After everything has been mixed well, add a beaten egg in the next step. The egg is then mixed with the previously sweated ingredients.
When the egg begins to set, add the rice from the previous day. Once all the ingredients are combined in the pan, the ingredients are sautéed for about 2 – 3 minutes. Finally, the shrimp are added to the pan. Once you have added the shrimp, add a little sesame oil.
Then you have almost done it, now everything must be tasted again and if necessary you still season with some salt, bell pepper and paprika spice. If everything fits together taste-wise, this quick dish can be served right away.
Small tip
If you want to cook this rice pan with fresh rice, the rice must be completely cool beforehand. If you don’t, the rice will get mushy and that doesn’t have to be the case.
