The preparations
Once again, this delicious soup is a perfect soul warmer. So let’s get started right away with the easy preparation.
The first step is to prepare a few ingredients. Start with the garlic cloves and the shallots. These ingredients need to be peeled and cut into small fine cubes. Once that’s done, the next step is to add the parsley. The parsley is simply chopped finely.

Preparation of tomato soup with shrimp
After all the ingredients are ready and prepared, heat some olive oil in a soup pot. When the olive oil is hot enough, the first step is to sweat some (about half) of the chopped garlic cloves and the shallots. During the sweating, add a teaspoon of tomato paste. The tomato paste must also be briefly sweated. Once this step is done, the next step is to add the following ingredients to the soup pot.

Once all the ingredients are combined in the pot, the tomato soup must be cooked over medium heat, stirring regularly, for about 12 minutes.
In the meantime, while the tomato soup is simmering, prepare the shrimp. To do this, heat some olive oil in a pan. When the olive oil is hot enough, fry the shrimp for about 4 – 5 minutes. While frying, add the remaining garlic cubes and the shallots to the pan. Once the ingredients are added, they are briefly sautéed.
When the cooking time is over, the last step is to add the finely chopped parsley, a pinch of colored pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Then you have almost done it. In the last step, the tomato soup only needs to be seasoned again. And if necessary, the soup is seasoned again with the spices listed above.
