Once this is done, the next step is to grab the Gorgonzola cheese. The cheese just needs to be cut into small pieces. Once that’s also done, you put all the other ingredients at hand and you’re ready to move on to the simple preparation.

In the first preparation step you take care of the sauce preparation. For this you heat some butter in a pan. When the butter is hot enough, add the chopped garlic and onion. Then all the ingredients must be mixed well together so that a creamy consistency is obtained.

Next, add the cream and milk little by little, stirring constantly. Then the Gorgonzola cheese is added to the pan. The cheese is added again, stirring constantly. Once the cheese has been added, continue stirring until the cheese has melted. Then the sauce is seasoned with a pinch of sea salt, nutmeg and colored pepper.
